dam mad loh today. tat stupid fat pig part timer, weijie, almost drive alicia n mi crazy loh. he cant fold shirt, cant tidy up e stack of clothes, do things dam slow(although i used to b) n keep askin e same quest again n again! mens jacket coxt $19, he can tell e customer $10! peng~ ask him wipe e shelves took him merrily
half an hr!! i took 5mins n everything is done loh. worst come to worst he say he prefer standin at bencoolen cox more ppl n he onli get to fold shirts. tats all! unlike harbour, no ppl he dono do wad. he tmr cfm giv sabrina kan until upside down wan la!
don say him la. i today also did two fuggin hell mistake.
1) i swapped e visa twice even though e customer onli purchase one item. i dont knoe loh! cox first time i swapped then about to let e customer sign, e wire connected to e machine plug off! i dono so plugged back then RE-SWAP!! meanin instead of payin 19, he gotta pay twice e amount. alicia peng~
2) alicia went to buy lunch. then gt tis customer use $10 off voucher! i dono how to key n change e price loh. so i jus do wad i knoe. cant call alicia back wad! behind so many ppl wana pay!! alicia peng again~
n i dono wassup wif some of e customers today, all so cb one. one example is,
lady: can alter anot?
mi: nop. cox now peak season n we wont b doin any alteration
lady: huh? y lidat, wad kind of service!! still wad peak season... alter 5mins onli mah~
mi: then u wan e jeans anot?! u bring go other place alter la since its 5mins!!
i gave attitude to about 5 customers today. dam madd loh!! gotta help snk, gotta teach e fat pig, n gotta see e customers face!! wad e hell...
